This service is provided by ProHealth Pathway Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading in Nigeria as MedNurse Consult. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ProHealth Pathway Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to the client purchasing the service.
2. What This Service Is

Our service includes:

- Assistance opening your Ahpra account
- A personalised checklist of the documents you will need
- Guidance, review, support and application submission
3. What This Service Is Not
- We are not Ahpra, the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, or any government body, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
- We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or migration assistance as part of this service.
- We cannot approve, expedite, influence or guarantee the outcome of your registration application. All decisions rest solely with Ahpra and the Board.
- Ahpra registration is a licence to practise. It is not a visa and does not give you the right to live or work in Australia.
4. Fees and Payment
GBP 100 – initial consultation : This covers step-by-step run through of the process (note, a checklist is not included, feel free to take notes during the consultation session)
GBP 500 - Application fee payable in two instalments:
- GBP 300 — payable after the initial consultation. This covers assistance with account opening, and your personalised document checklist.
- GBP 200 — payable before we assist with completing and finalising your application.
Our fees cover our services only. All third-party costs are paid directly by you and are not included. These include, but are not limited to, Ahpra account, application and registration fees, criminal history check fees, English language test fees, notarisation costs, and document courier or translation charges. Third-party fees are set by those organisations and are subject to change without notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
As a consumer purchasing services at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a refund. However, because you have asked us to begin work immediately, the following applies:
- If you cancel before we have begun any work, your first instalment will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel after work has begun but before the service is complete, we will refund any amount proportionate to the work not yet performed. The consultation, once delivered, is treated as performed in full.
- The second instalment is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin work on that stage.
- No refund is due where the service has been fully performed, regardless of the outcome of your application. We are paid for our work, not for a particular result.
- No refund is due where an application is delayed, refused or withdrawn because information you provided was inaccurate or incomplete, or because you did not supply requested documents.
To cancel, email us at admin@mednurseconsult.uk. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
6. Your Responsibilities
- To provide accurate, complete and truthful information about your qualifications, registration, employment history, health and character.
- To supply requested documents promptly. Delays in providing documents will delay your application.
- To pay all third-party fees directly and on time.
- To read and check your own application before submission. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for any declarations you sign.
- To inform us promptly of any change in your circumstances, including changes to your employment, registration status, name or health.
7. Timescales
Any timescales we give are estimates based on typical processing times and are not guarantees. Processing times are set by Ahpra and third parties and are outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by Ahpra, criminal history check providers, testing bodies, employers, or your original registering authority.
8. Requirements May Change
Registration requirements, fees and standards are set by Ahpra and the Board and are updated periodically. Information we provide reflects published requirements at the time it is given. We will tell you if we become aware of a change affecting you, but you should verify current requirements directly with Ahpra before submitting or paying anything.

We handle your personal information in accordance with UK data protection law. We collect and use your information only to deliver this service. We will carry out our service with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for third-party fees you have paid, for lost earnings, for the cost of re-applying, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Communication and Conduct

We reserve the right to end the service and decline further work, with a proportionate refund for work not yet performed, where a client is abusive, or where we have reason to believe we are being asked to assist with false or misleading information.
